Rocking a little pink {p}leather

Today's post is a little different. I bought this gorgeous pink {p}leather purse/clutch/notebook holder/file/handbag in Seoul a few weeks ago and I really wanted to show it off. It was completely coincidental that I happened to be wearing all manner of pink and peach shades on the day, and so hubby was forced to snap some iPhone pics of me rocking my new pink clutch.

Smitten with Forever21

We don't have anything like Forever21 in South Africa. I mean Typo, Topshop, Forever New (and H&M soon!) have hit South Africa's sunny shores and while those stores are lovely, they just don't have anything on Forever21.   I mean, look at all this pretty?!

There was definitely a lot of punk, rock and lumo in the branch I went into here in Seoul, South Korea. But what made my heart go pitter patter was all the pink and the pearl.  Soft, sweet and feminine.  Just lovely. 

{Un}Luckily for me I live about a 5 hour journey from the closest Forever 21 so I had to load up on goodies and will have to wait a {long} time before I step foot in there again. And with the huge sale going on, I was able to go a little girl crazy and still have enough for a Baskin and Robbins ice-cream on the way home...oh sale time I do love you!

Forever New {Ice Cream Parlour}

I just love everything about this Forever New Collection, aptly entitled {Ice Cream Parlour}.

 It makes me want to get in an old convertible, roar down/up (I can never remember which one!) the North Coast to Milk Cafe in Ballito for a chocolate chip frozen treat...feel like joining me?

Thank you Mr Price...

A recent find from good ol' Mr Price. This was a steal at R69.99 (original price R120) but thanks to end of season sales at almost ever shop, I got this pretty little number for about the same cost as a Nando's Meal, not bad if I do say so myself.

Holmes Brothers Delight...

Farmboy surprised me with this pretty hoodie a few weeks back, but it's been toooo hot here in Pietermaritzburg to take her out the cupboard. But with the weird weather thats been happening over the last few days, I thought it time to show her off.

I love the slightly edgy pattern, but being a CityGirl, it still incorporates my love the colour pink, but in a very different way :)

Farmboy found my prezzie at the awesome Pure in Maritzburg. She is part of the South African brand, Holmes Brothers, which was started by two brothers from the sunny shores of Durban, Kwazulu Natal. They had originally been  designing surfboards and then made the *obvious* leap into fashion. Flower Power Pumps
